Day 118, July 2011

Day 118, 16th July 2011

Today I decided to go with a series collection I have that some of you may be familiar with. I had to collect the DVD box sets, because they no longer air it on T.V. any more, which makes me sad, as it is one of the most amazing programmes ever! I used to watch it when I was like, 7 - 10ish with my dad. He loved watching it, and I used to sit on the floor in front of the T.V watching it with him. It's such a funny programme, and I have to say, my favourite character is Sheriff Roscoe P. Coltrane! Haha. He was the most comical in my opinion. So now I have the whole set to watch at my leisure. (:

"Just the good ol' boys. Never meanin' no harm. Beats all you never saw, been in trouble with the law since the day they was born. Straightening the curves, and flattening the hills. Someday the mountain might get 'em but the law never will. Making their way, the only way they know how. That's just a little bit more then the law will allow. Just the good ol' boys. Wouldn't change if they could. Fightin' the system like a two modern day Robin Hood." ~ Opening theme song.

  1. Awesome! My kids used to watch this and I'd have to watch my kids while they watched it... that was my excuse to sit and watch this show! I used to love it and always wished I looked like Daisy Duke! LOL You're so lucky to have this series, I'm going to look online for it and see if I can find a copy now. Cheers!

  2. Haha! I love this show!! Haha, yeah. Daisy is pretty good looking! And she's the one who invented the 'daisy duke' shorts. :D I learnt that randomly one day, haha. I think I saw her talk about it on an interview on one of the discs or something.

Good luck! You could probably buy the set off play.com or something! It's so amazing. <3
